These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the contractual relationship between:

And any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website helionova.fr, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".
Article 1 - Purpose
These T&C aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of animal feed supplements, including the product "Equi'Chanvre", based on Swiss organic hemp.
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these T&C which prevail over any other document.
Article 2 - Products
The products offered for sale are those featured on the website helionova.fr.
Equi'Chanvre is a natural feed supplement for horses, cattle, sheep and goats, based on Swiss certified organic hemp (Swiss Organic and European Organic).
Products are presented with photographs and descriptions as accurate as possible. However, photos are not contractual.
2.1 Legal Compliance
Products comply with current European and Swiss regulations:
- EC Regulation 767/2009 on animal feed
- Swiss ordinance on animal feed (FSVO)
- Total THC < 0.05% (regulation compliant)
- Swiss Organic and European Organic certification
Article 3 - Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€) tax included (TTC), including French VAT at the current rate.
Prices include packaging costs but exclude delivery costs, invoiced additionally unless otherwise stated (launch offer).
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Customer.
3.1 Launch Offer
The current launch offer (50% OFF + free shipping) is valid within the limits of available stock and until the date indicated on the site.
Article 4 - Order
4.1 Ordering Process
To order, the Customer must:
- Select the desired products and quantities
- Complete the pre-order form with complete contact details
- Validate the order after verification
- Proceed with payment according to the proposed methods
4.2 Order Validation
Validation of the order by the Customer constitutes acceptance of these T&C and formation of the sales contract.
An order confirmation is sent to the Customer by email to the address provided during the order.
4.3 Availability
Offers are valid within the limits of available stock. In case of unavailability of an ordered product, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and may cancel the order free of charge.
Article 5 - Payment
5.1 Payment Methods
Payment is made at the time of order by the following means:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Bank transfer
- Other means indicated on the site
5.2 Payment Security
Online payments are secure. Banking information is not stored by the Seller.
5.3 Invoicing
An invoice is issued and sent to the Customer by email when the order is shipped.
Article 6 - Delivery
6.1 Delivery Zone
Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering, in mainland France and neighboring countries (subject to conditions).
6.2 Delivery Times
Delivery times are indicative:
- Mainland France: 3 to 5 business days
- Switzerland and Belgium: 5 to 7 business days
These periods run from the shipping confirmation date.
6.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are indicated before order validation.
Current offer: Free shipping for all orders.
6.4 Delivery Methods
Delivery is made by carrier with delivery against signature.
In case of absence, a notice is left to allow parcel collection.
6.5 Verification Upon Receipt
The Customer is required to check the condition of the parcel upon receipt. In case of damage, the Customer must make reservations with the carrier and inform the Seller within 48 hours.
Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal
7.1 Withdrawal Period
In accordance with French consumer protection laws, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
7.2 Withdrawal Procedure
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the decision to the Seller by email at contact@helionova.fr or by post.
7.3 Product Return
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in perfect resale condition.
Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in case of defective or non-compliant product.
The return address will be communicated upon withdrawal notification.
7.4 Refund
The Seller will refund the price of the products within 14 days following the date of product recovery.
The refund will be made by the same payment method used for the order.
7.5 Exceptions
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products:
- Unsealed after delivery and that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons
- Perishable or whose expiration date has passed
Article 8 - Legal Warranties
8.1 Conformity Warranty
The Seller is required to deliver products conforming to the contract and is liable for conformity defects existing at the time of delivery.
8.2 Hidden Defects Warranty
The Seller is bound by the legal warranty for hidden defects.
8.3 Implementation of Warranties
In case of non-conformity or hidden defect, the Customer may:
- Request repair or replacement of the product
- Obtain a price reduction
- Request a full refund

Article 9 - Product Use
9.1 Dosage
Recommended dosages are indicated on the site and on product packaging. It is recommended to follow them.
In case of doubt, consult a veterinarian.
9.2 Storage
Products must be stored in a dry place, away from light and moisture.
9.3 Precautions for Use
Equi'Chanvre is a feed supplement intended for animals (horses, cattle, sheep, goats).
Do not use in animals producing milk for human consumption without respecting legal withdrawal periods.
9.4 Absence of Therapeutic Claims
The products offered are feed supplements and do not substitute for veterinary medical treatment. No therapeutic claims are made.
Article 10 - Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in case of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike of postal or transport services.
The Seller disclaims all liability in case of misuse of the product by the Customer or non-compliance with recommended dosages.
Article 11 - Personal Data
Personal data collected during the order is necessary for processing it and establishing the invoice.
This data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11.1 Customer Rights
The Customer has a right of access, rectification, opposition and deletion of personal data, which can be exercised by contacting: contact@helionova.fr
Article 12 - Intellectual Property
All elements of the website helionova.fr (texts, images, logos, trademarks) are the exclusive property of Helionova or its partners.
Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation without prior authorization is prohibited.
Article 13 - Mediation - Disputes
13.1 Consumer Mediation
In accordance with consumer protection laws, the Customer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge in case of dispute.

13.3 Applicable Law
